BVN Ventures is a London‑based operator and consultant working between London and Paris. Our roots are in four authentic family-run Vietnamese restaurants in the heart of Paris — long hours, clean stations and the quiet pride of sending out great plates at pace. We combine that discipline with modern café craft to build neighbourhood spaces that feel calm, inclusive and well run.

 

Founder Nancy Bui shaped her approach in Paris operations (Do et Riz, Do et Coco, Nha Do and Bon Do) before bringing the same standards to London’s independent coffee scene. The result is a practical, design‑led way of working: rigorous on the numbers, generous in the details.
